Group Yoga:  

Get a group of friends or coworkers together and schedule a one time session or work on getting into a regular practice. I can come to your home or office or we can work out of a local yoga studio.

Private Yoga: 

Private sessions can be just you or a small group. Whether you are brand new to yoga, you have injuries your aren't sure how to work with in your yoga practice or want to get some more clarity on the practice your already have. We can work together to create a safe session for you and what you have going on in your body.

Corporate Yoga:

Do you want to offer your employees a unique perk that will also increase their every day physical health, mental concentration and perhaps even their loyalty to the job? Consider offering regular yoga sessions in your work place. 

Yoga Teacher Training Workshops:

Book me to come to your yoga teacher training to provide a workshop on meditation tools. Includes a 108 mala making tutorial, the history of 108 malas, and the use of 108 malas within meditation.
